Bermagui Storage is an exciting new development offering individual secure quality warehouse type storage lots for boats, caravans and anything else you need to store.
The main storage units are designed with boats and caravans in mind with large 4.2m high x 3.7m wide door openings and easy access for trailers. Internal length of 10.5m accommodates the majority of large boats and caravans. The unit layout allows for angled entry and the roads design standard of a 15m outside turning radius to make backing into the units as easy as possible.
The smaller units, approximately 3.8m deep x 4m wide, offer a secure lockup for personal goods and furniture.
Each large unit will have its own lighting and its own metered power outlet, for the use of trickle charges and small power tools.
The site will offer key card entry for “out of hours access”. The tenant will provide his own lock for the storage door.
The Project is due for completion in stages, with the first stage expected to be available mid year 2016, and the second stage a short time later.
